Finecell, established in Jan. 1998, challenged the Battery
Industry presenting Lithium Polymer Technology.
In that times, the Korean battery industry was in the quickening
period and the companies were concentrating on
development and building the mass production line of lithium
ion battery.
Finecell had brought to a focus on the new battery
development compatible to the small size electronic devices,
and showed the prototyping Lithium Polymer Cell by Own
Technology in Dec. 1999.
After that, Finecell has been concentrating on ensuring a
Competitive Price by Process Development and Quality
Stabilization.
Finecell is convinced that these results come from the Tireless
Effort to the Technology Development, Solid Passion on the
only one field looking at the Future Vision and keeping the
internal Basic Principle rather than external ornament.
In Jan, 2001, Finecell completed the pilot line in Sungnam
Industry Zone and is reinforcing the Global Marketing for the
Technology Licensing and the Product Sales of Rechargeable
Lithium Polymer Cell. And, as long term plan, Finecell will
consolidate the Battery Materials Business with Integrated
Technology Development.
